The Problem:
Raw milk for human consumption is illegal in Maryland. Out of state raw milk from unregulated, black market cartels creates a massive risk for Marylanders’ while our farmers and retailers lose the opportunity to generate honest revenue for their farms and businesses.
The solution:
Change the raw milk laws in Maryland to create food security and food choice for Marylanders by allowing the sale of clean, safe raw milk for human consumption from inspected dairies.

Liz Reitzig
Liz is a raw milk mama to 5 children raised on raw milk, a permaculture designer and teacher, writer, food freedom activist, and wants to see raw milk legal and available in Maryland just like it is in Pennsylvania.
Matt Prigel
Matt is a 5th generation dairy farmer with Prigel Family Farm who's been farming for 15 years. He's a board member of the Baltimore County Farm Bureau and recently appointed to the Maryland Dairy Oversight and Advisory Council. Matt is a lifelong raw milk drinker.
