For over 20 years, Liz Reitzig has taught nutrition and herbal classes, gardening, permaculture, and holistic wellness to audiences from the Naval Academy to local homeschool coops. She's a nutrition and wellness coach, clinical herbalist, permaculture designer, and proud mama to 5 children raised on healthy food.
